Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. In this case, store credit in the form of a coupon code is granted to use towards any VB METHOD branded products. Credit cannot be applied towards subscriptions or any training services, classes, coaching, or e-books.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Digital Products (Membership or Courses)

There are absolutely no refunds granted on memberships after the free trial.  

If you have an existing membership and forget to cancel your membership before the renewal date, you are responsible for paying the credit card company fees and will only be granted a partial refund if you make a refund request within five days of your renewal date.  

Please note, your renewal date is when a new subscription renews which means, that any cancellations made on the renewal date are technically "late" and a full refund cannot be granted. Again, we will only grant a partial refund if you make a refund request within five days past your renewal date.

If there is any activity in the account reflecting the use of our products, a refund will not be granted at all.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Lost or Missing Packages VB METHOD or Vilmaliz Bosque will not be responsible for missing packages that show as “delivered”.

Missing packages that were not delivered will be fully refunded.

Packages delivered but with missing contents will only be replaced one time but no refunds will be granted for these.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is defective, damaged, or breaks within 6 months of your purchase; an exchange will be granted. Once replaced, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges.

Customer is responsible for shipping and taxes for any item that is to be replaced.

International Orders

If your international order has been approved, please note, we do not grant refunds or exchanges for international orders at all. This includes lost, misplaced or damaged packages. By making a payment, you agree to place the order at your own risk.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a coupon code will be emailed to you which you can use anytime to shop for branded VB METHOD items only.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
