Before creating VB Method, I found myself frustrated by the limitations of traditional training — and by results that weren’t lasting, no matter how hard my clients worked.

After years of experimenting with different forms of movement, I learned the hard way that overdoing one type of workout method can lead to imbalance, put stress on our body, or simply not give results.

I started to mix pilates, weights, and cardio back in 2018, trialling different ways to create the type of workout I was so desperately craving.

And I found a formula that truly worked. I created VB METHOD: a core-focused practice that brings pilates reformer to the mat, combined with traditional strength techniques and bursts of athletic cardio.

This powerful combination works best for my body but it’s also been proven to work for the thousands of women I’ve had the honor of introducing to my signature method.

My mission with VB METHOD is to give women a sustainable practice that genuinely works, helping them unlock a whole new level of health and fitness, reaching their bodies’ unique potential.

What makes VB Method different?

VB METHOD is more than just pilates. It's a core-focused practice that brings the pilates reformer to the mat, combined with traditional strength techniques and bursts of athletic cardio. This approach is designed to boost your metabolism, build total-body strength, and develop lean muscle mass. All the workouts promote proper form, with emphasis on technique and precision to deliver real, measurable results.

How often do you post new workouts?

We release 2-4 workouts monthly. Sometimes more. These include live classes which are recorded and posted on the app, so you can take advantage of these even if you can’t make it live! We currently have 500 + workouts available on the app.

What equipment do I need?

All you need is yourself and a mat, since all moves can be modified without equipment.
However, if you’re looking to intensify your workouts we do highly recommend equipment in order to properly activate and deepen muscle engagement. Our most used equipment:

3lbs - 10lbs hand weights (heavier weights are optional!)

Are programs included with the membership?

Yes– we offer structured programs and challenges, and continue to add new ones each month.

Is it beginner friendly?

Yes! Most of our workouts are challenging (in the best way!) but we offer cues so you can push further or ease back depending on your needs. Additionally, we have a BEGINNER section that has been thoughtfully designed for anyone new to pilates or fitness in general.
