After years of experimenting with different forms of movement, I discovered that overdoing one type of workout method can lead to imbalance, put stress on our body, or simply not give results.
This is one of the reasons I started mixing Pilates, weights, and cardio back in 2018 and why I created VB METHOD – a core focused practice that translates the Pilates reformer on the mat combined with traditional strength techniques. Mixing these is not just what has proven to work best for my body, but also for the 1000s of women I’ve had the honor to train and those who practice my method.
My mission is to give women a sustainable option for pursuing health and fitness that allows them to achieve physical transformation by simply reaching their own bodies’ potential. My method is for anyone looking to get stronger, visibly defined, and reach a new level of fitness.
Two to four workouts are released each month + special live classes bi-monthly which are recorded and posted on the app so you can take advantage of these even if you can’t make it live. We currently have 450 + workouts available on the app.
All you need is yourself and a mat since all moves can be modified without equipment.
However, if you’re looking to intensify your workouts we do highly recommend equipment in order to properly activate and deepen muscle engagement.
