In the photo from January 2019 I had not yet began my VB METHOD journey. In fact, it was exactly a month after that that I decided to start playing around with my own routines. A few months later I had developed the structure of has now become VB METHOD.
I began practicing the routines and creating my own unique workouts. A year and half later, my body is stronger and healthier than ever.
My goal is to give women a sustainable option for pursuing health and fitness that allows them to achieve physical transformation by simply reaching their own bodies’ potential, thus feeling great in their own skin.
It’s truly rewarding to see my physique taking the form of what my workout method can do for others including myself. But more importantly, the level of strength, balance, and control I have achieved because of it.
Today after coaching for over 10 years and working with hundreds of women with varying stories, cultural standards, physical builds, and genetics; I believe all women have the capacity to use fitness and a balanced lifestyle to help them love and care for their whole being. Self love starts with learning to accept where we are at any given moment. Once we learn to be kind with ourselves the habits we continue to build will have a truly healing and transformational impact.

I have been working out with Vilmaliz since 2016 and she has been an instrumental part of my fitness journey. She has kept me fit & strong over these five years and helped me achieve specific fitness goals through some major life milestones, which included my wedding and two pregnancies. She is goal oriented and pushes you without being too pushy, always with a focus on proper form and progression. We started with private in-person reformer classes weekly. Once I moved from NYC to the West Coast in 2019, we continued weekly mat pilates sessions virtually over Zoom. She can monitor proper form well through this virtual medium. We had weekly lessons throughout my entire first pregnancy and after having my first child, she put together a comprehensive program to get my body back to “pre-baby” shape – which we successfully achieved! I am currently 36 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and once again, we have had weekly pilates sessions over Zoom throughout this entire pregnancy and I feel strong and in shape. I am happy to report that I was recently accessed by a physical therapist who told me I have an extraordinarily strong core and minimal diastasis recti (abdominal separation) – I must thank Vilma for that! Besides being an excellent fitness partner, Vilmaliz is a true delight, beautiful inside and out and she will be your advocate & cheerleader to help you be your best self!
